RANDOM INTERESTING TIDBITS:

1. The staircase note. This was a note that appears on the stairs for Tom Grant and Dylan Carlson to find at the Lake property the second time they go to search the premises. It was not there during the first search. Tom Grant finds it highly suspicious. As if it were clearly planted for him to find and confuse him. Even though it is addressed to Kurt, it is known after the fact that Kurt was lying dead in the greenhouse but his body had not yet been discovered. He also strongly believes that Michael "Cali" Dewitt did not write the note as claimed, but rather CL dictated what she wanted it to say. I've also included a few more handwriting samples for comparison on the strange, obviously added later last four lines of the "suicide" note:

Now, go back to the prior page and look at her handwriting practice page again. See there right at the top where she makes a big practice of changing the way she writes her "a's"??

2.  EL DUCE: In Late December 1993, a couple of months before Kurt's murder, CL approaches one of her aquaintances El Duce, aka Eldon Hoke from the punk rock band, The Mentors and offers him $50,000 to kill her husband. Duce was a notorious disheveled drunk but his rock n roll roots  were entangled with Cls and he has a reputation that "he'll do anything for a buck." (L&D)

The conversation went:

C Love: "El, I need a favour of you. My old man's been a real asshole lately, I need you to blow his fucking head off."
El Duce: "Are you serious"?
C Love: "Yeah, I'll give you $50,000 to blow his fucking head off."
El Duce: "I'm serious if you are".
CLove: "Where can I reach you"?
El Duce: "You can reach me here".

They then went into the store and he handed her a business card. The manager of the shop, Karush Sepedjian remembers the visit. He said: "El was kicking it out on the bench in front of the store and she came up. I overheard her saying, "Can you handle doing this? Can you get this done? What do you want for it"? They were talking about knocking off Kurt Cobain. Then El brought her inside and said to me quietly, "She offered me $50,000". Love then took a business card and left. Sepedjian then went on to say that in March 1994 (right before Kurt was murdered) Love contacted the shop asking for El Duce, who at the time was on tour. Courtney was screaming: "That son of a bitch, we made an agreement. What am I going to do"? Sepedjian replied: "I don't know, I've got a business to run. Goodbye." In the documentary "Kurt and Courtney", Nick Broomfield interviews Duce who says, "I just didn't think she was serious." and also that Cl told him to, "Make it look like a suicide." Then right before the interview is over a drunken El Duce let slip: "Right, but er, I told Alan, (looks up sheepishly off camera)- I mean er, my friend who (starts laughing) aah, I'll let the FBI catch him, but er, (laughs, that's just the way it's done. End of Story (laughs again). Hey 50 grand does a lot of talking. You buy me a beer I might do some more talking, (laughs, looks into the camera, and after a short pause) Yaaaaargh!" Within a week of this interview with Broomfield, Duce is hit by a train and dies. He was last seen with an Alan Wrench. Some speculate that this person was refered by Duce to kill Kurt, and due to his slip of the tongue during the Broomfield doc, he was murdered. One thing that is not speculative is that Duce passed TWO lie detectory tests testing the veracity of his story that CL approached him to kill Kurt. (The end of the video clip: what I mentioned before, how they were psyching each other up to ask CL some serious questions. When they get a chance to talk to her face to face it's all: Duuuuuh, like a coupla weaktards. Yup, money and fame, no influence at all. smh.)

“I think Kurt was getting ready to divorce her for adultery charges. She had to have him whacked right away so she could get the money.”

Here is a blog concerning Alan Wrench and Kurt's murder. TG claims to have unreleased evidence that completelty debunk the Alan Wrench theory, so this is DEEPLY speculative, but still weird:  http://vblah.tripod.com/allenwrench.html

3. Her highly suspicious behavior after Kurt's death:  She didn't act at all like a grieving widow. I really recommend "Love and Death" by Max Wallace and Ian Halperan. It is an incredible, well researched, thought-out book. The morning of Kurt's death, "Courtney told a number of people, including executives from Geffen and Gold Mountain, that Kurt's Rome overdose a month earlier had actually been a suicide attempt, not an accident. It was the first time they had heard this version. It soon leaked out to the media throng, who waited outside the house, desperate for any information. Before long the media consensus was that Kurt's suicide was tragic but inevitable." The next morning during an interview with Tabitha Soren of MTV, she "took the opportunity to plug her album "Live Through This", which was now scheduled to be released the following Tuesday." (L&D)

A couple of weeks after Kurt's death she is vacationing at the Canyon Spa in arizona with Billy Corgan, Kat Bjelland, and entourage bragging to Tom Grant about how she is sleeping with Corgan. She has five friends total with her and they leave without paying the bill. Later, the spa has to sue her for the charges:

But here is another one I found documenting this case, you just have to scroll down until you find the info): http://tucsoncitizen.com/morgue2/tag/citizen-staff-writer/page/467/ Perhaps if she can keep a lawyer long enough to handle her kind of crazy, this second link might come down too.

EXCERPTS FROM A RECENT LETTER (from Tom Grant Case Files)

Tom,

...I went to see Hole a couple of years ago. I was very taken back at her attitude and mere presence. She began ranting and raving on stage as if someone had provoked her, although I did not see or hear anyone do such a thing.

She was beyond dramatic. She was yelling (pardon the profanity), “F**k you, f**k you, f**k you all! You killed him! You killed him! It’s YOUR fault! You killed him!” She grabbed her microphone stand and began jabbing it into the crowd at some guy. Sobbing, flailing, hollering, and then starting into SONG!!?!!

With her leg up on her amp, exposing her underwear to us all, she stared up into the ceiling the rest of the night (as if trying to look up to Kurt), and finally made her drama queen exit. She took off her dress (leaving her slip on), fell into the mob of people, and let the crowd fondle her and pass her back to the stage.

Walking back to our car, I was stunned by what I saw. She was outside of her tour bus, displaying Frances. It was well past midnight, and I remember feeling utter disgust at the way Courtney was treating her baby...

4. Then there is the whole affair with Trent Reznor about a year after Kurt's death. http://mrworld.tripod.com/art4.html

"Reznor and Love, by the latter's account first rendezvoused in New Orleans and then in LA where the ill-fated relationship ended traumatically. At the Sunset Marquis Hotel, they got into a fight, according to HOLE's management about "Something very bad Trent had done that Courtney would never talk about". Soon after that ugly night, which ended with Courtney being forcibly ejected by Reznor's bodyguards, she went online saying "lousylaylousylaylousylay, what I have paid in blood and dishonour for that lousy lay", further describing the scene backstage at NIN concerts where she claimed groupies were passed around, degraded, roughed up and even raped, without even getting close to Reznor himself.

When audiences derided her about Trent she would retaliate with "Nine Inch Nails - more like Three Inch Nails." Reznor responded with denial claiming Courtney was pissed off "because I wouldn't be her boyfriend. It just wasn't going to happen - the romance of the century." That autumn, NIN cancelled a show at Madison Square Garden, alledgedly because Reznor knew Courtney was planning on attending and causing a huge scene backstage."

"If she died tomorrow, I wouldnt shed a tear. She's a very evil person."

- Trent Reznor on Courtney Love

Alot more of that craziness is outlined here: http://howisya.tripod.com/bizarrelove/

Then right after THAT, she is in "love" with her costar Ed Norton from The People vs. Larry Flynt which also ends disastrously.

5. Tom Grant sends her a letter confronting her and begins to openly speak about his murder theory. The normally vitriolic CL's response would be to go off the deep end as she usually responds to criticism, but her response to Grant is extremely A-typical:

6. This incredibly well-researched blog is full of insider info: http://expressivedecay.tripod.com/id7.html

7. Previously unpublished photos of the greenhouse the day Kurt died:

8. CL twitter rant on Bean's 18th B-day:

http://www.celebitchy.com/113431/courtney_love_goes_on_an_insane_obscene_twitter_freakout_for_frances_beans_b-day/

9. Hey! It's "Cali" DeWitt blog (comments are hysterical) He's like Nelson Mandella! YACK!:  http://www.imboycrazy.com/2009/05/hey-its-cali-dewitt/

10. The recent lawsuit filed by CLs assistant shows a mind that is still abusive, corrupt and manipulative of the media, a personality and mindset that has never waivered: http://www.salon.com/2012/07/12/courtney_love_sued_salpart/

11.  A whole host of other questions to ask yourself:

1.    The note found next to Kurt’s body has never been properly investigated by official sources even though the worlds top handwriting analyst says it appears tampered with. The note was never fingerprinted.

2.    The “Staircase Note” seems to match Courtney’s handwriting even though it was signed by Cali DeWitt.

3.    Courtney’s employees and her attorney’s have never been questioned under oath and everyone involved was forced to sign a nondisclosure contract before receiving their rightful royalties or other payments.

4.    Kurt’s revised will was never signed, challenged or made public. This may have been due to a conflict of interest between Cobain and Gold Mountain management as well as CL.

5.    Bank records, telephone and real estate documents are missing or sealed as are the police photographs.

6.    Attempts to discredit insider testimony have been relentless since Kurt’s body was found. Misinformation and planted news stories are commonplace in this case.  Anyone taking an open minded view of this case opens themselves to ridicule. Who is behind the slander campaigns?

7.    Private charter airlines and pilots have never been questioned. (Someone could have easily come from LA within a couple of hours and disappear again easily through charter plane.)

8.    Tom Grant has been libeled and threatened but never actually sued. He would like to be sued so the case can go to court, as he has tapes and evidence that have never yet been heard. He does not want to compromise evidence in hopes that the case will be reopened.

9.    Halperin & Wallace have been libeled, slandered and threatened for their books on the murder theory.

10.    Brit Collins & Victoria Clarke have been libeled, slandered and threatened for their CL biographies.

11.    Why did Dr. Nik Hartshorne fail to disqualify himself ? Why did he fail to notify his superiors that he knew Courtney and Kurt socially and why did he quietly leave Seattle and move to a small town in Florida afterward?

12. Why did Hartshorne’s boss tell Unsolved Mysteries that he was the lead coroner on the case when Hartshorne was actually the first medical examiner on the scene and the official signature of the death certificate? Why did they claim that they went into the investigation "as if it were a possible murder investigation" when they didn't do ANY of the forensic tests required in a murder investigation?

13.    CL gets herself sent to the hospital due to drug complications, then arrested on April 7th after telling Tom Grant and Dylan Carlson to "find the shotgun" at the Lake property. She expects them to find Kurt's body (they don't), and if she is arrested she has an alibi. Charges are dropped when she explains it all away, but later Tom Grant and Rosemary Carroll discover she had planned it, because along with the "practice handwriting" there is a "to do" note with the words "GET ARRESTED" at the top. It's also possible if Kurt WAS found, then she can spin the suicide pact story. They fail to find Kurt's body after two visits to the Lake property, so CL who cannot wait any longer for the body to be discovered, calls an electrician and orders motion detectors and security lights, with special instructions to "Check the Greenhouse" Everyone involved described it as a room in which no one spent any time. Why the specific instructions? April 8th, the electrician find Kurt's body in that location.

14.    Kristen Pfaff, Hole's bass player died mysteriously several weeks after Kurt's death. Just like Kurt, she was trying to leave CL with her bags and trailer packed, but before she can get away she is mysteriously dead of an overdose in an extremely similar manner. She had a friendship with Kurt and similar interests and associates, making her death EXTREMELY suspicious.  http://www.justiceforkurt.com/kristen_pfaff/index.shtml (click the links at the bottom of the page to read her quotes about Courtney plus all four pages of the story.)

15.    Courtney has never taken a polygraph. Cali Dewitt has never taken a polygraph.

16.    El Duce passed two polygraphs. (I know El Duce was obviously not the most reputable character, but I believe him when he says in Broomfield's doc that CL approached him to "blow Kurt's head off." There is just NO WAY a dude like that has the wherewithal to pass a friggen' lie detector test, let alone twice!)

17.    El Duce died mysteriously and violently just 8 days after revealing several clues to Kurt’s assassination.

18.    James Moreland, Courtney’s first husband, was threatened, abused and blacklisted.

19.    The ballistics data and gun forensics are shaky at best and never fully analyzed.

20.    Key people were caught in seeming unnecessary lies.

21.    Investigators were sent on wild goose chases by CL.

22.    The man who found the body contradicted the police report.

23.    The police claim Tom Grant has never offered new evidence when in fact he has hundreds of pages of new and contradictory evidence. They said they would re-open the case if new evidence were presented, but he has presented new evidence several times and they refuse to look into it.

24.    Why was his body cremated so quickly? The next DAY he was cremated. The gun was melted down.

25.    Several key witnesses died mysteriously, after the fact.

26.    Were the alarms codes ever examined to see when they were turned on and off? This would have been key to see how many times it was logged on and off to see if anyone or MORE than one entered and re-entered the Lake Property.

27.    Why did Courtney renovate the greenhouse and finally put the place up for sale after a total make-over?

28.    Why did Rosemary Carroll’s law partners hire Jack Paladino, one of the most notorious left-wing lawyers in San Francisco history, to intimidate writers and plant stories to discredit research?

30.    Why did Rosemary Carroll at first agree that something was fishy/handwriting/note etc. then when she discovered she was being taped, hung up and she hasn't been heard from since?

31.    Nirvana’s contract with Geffen has never been made public. When was it due to expire? Did the DGC contract have a life insurance clause?

32.    For ten years after Kurt died, Michael "Cali" DeWitt was on salary at Geffen and he has no business or management background. Payoff?

33. Why didn't they do a full autopsy on the body? Instead, Hartshorne made the "suicide" signal to the press right before the body was wheeled into the van.

34. Why was Michael "Cali" De Witt never questioned? As the only person known to be in the house with Kurt before his murder, and known to be in contact with CL, reporting Kurt's whereabouts it seems he makes quite the suspect.

35. Why wasn't the gun tested until a month later? Why did they find no legible prints?

36. Why wasn't the kit and the drugs tested?

37. Why wasn't the can of Barq's root beer tested for possible contamination?

38. Why didn't they look clearly into the note which any amateur can see is written is two different types of handwriting? Did they bother to fingerprint it or the pen? No.

39. Why weren't his fingers swiped to see if he had fired the gun? Wasn't the lack of blood and the strange arranged nature of the body slightly suspicious?

40. Why was the house so clean as stated by Dylan Carlson as if someone had cleaned it?

41. Why wasn't the Carnation property investigated?

42. Why wasn't is more suspicious to them that the mixture found in his blood was highly lethal, and that he probably overdosed, thus making a shooting highly unlikely??

Staircase Note.

CL's Handwriting.

The forgery at the bottom of Kurt's "suicide" note.

How does this bitch get someone like this???? >>>>>

Oh yeah.

Then to be stuck with this myth.... I want to vomit. CL, the Virgin Mary?! YACK!!!
